Do not trust this firm with your families’ important matters. My wife and I have been waiting months and months and have had no progress toward anything we paid for. Use caution when dealing with this company.
Worst people to deal with. I asked for help and all they did was take my money and hold it for 5 months just to tell me they can’t help me. Now they won’t give me my money back and apparently everyone on their refund staff is always on vacation and nobody can give clients their refund back. I don’t recommend to nobody. They prioritize themselves before the customers. Demi ceballos wouldn’t let me speak to nobody above her and she was the desk lady. Horrible service and I’m still trying to get my money back. Don’t go here, all they do is waste your time and never answer your calls or questions.
