I am a little shocked by the reviews here as my experience with Justin has not been anything like what others are saying. This is why it is important to vet people and form your own opinion, versus going off of reviews on google. I, like others who have posted, found Justin through my MetLife Legal plan and he has been awesome! I’m assuming that these reviews are because he doesn’t do a lot of over communicating or hand holding but in my case this is why my fiancé and I love him! He is very matter-of-fact and straight to the point which is great because all of our time is valuable, including his! If you are looking for someone to sit on the phone for hours with you and listen to your whole life story then he may not be the attorney for you however, he heard us out, helped us understand certain processes with our case, and showed up for us when it mattered! We couldn’t ask for better!…….And we thank you!
Glad I read the reviews. As others mentioned he’s part of the metlife legal plan. I reached out about my case but never recieved a response to my email request. Looking elsewhere before I waste any more time.
Same as others have noted. Attorney is not responsive. Not professional to completely ignore people for 8+ days even with multiple follow-ups. It is so easy to just write “I’m very being right now, I will need to get back to you in a week.”
