Very Very disrespectful receptionist/paralegal. Of course we understand the Main Attorney will always be busy. But the receptionist Laurie was of no assistance and getting very angry quoting “I can only take a message she may get back to you today, maybe next week” Didnt ask for our case number to look up case or documents that Ms Deaton worked. Ms. Deaton’s website clearly states “you are not a case number” Well we wish we were and your staff could look it up, I didnt even feel like a Human being talking to your Receptionist to get information about a case the family PAID you to represent.
