I retained Roger G. Jain & Associates for a dispute I had with a bank concerning some CDs. I wont go into detail – but will just say the issue with the bank was very intimidating. Jain & Associates gave me a quote for reviewing the information and providing an opinion to whether I had a valid claim. After they provided their opinion, and then they made suggestions on how to proceed. Lawyers are not cheap but they laid out what they recommended and how much it would cost. They did what they said they would. They had very good communication, were professional and I felt my interests were well represented. They will be my first call if I ever need legal representation in the future.
