Hired this firm back in May 2024. Reset my case and was told I would be notified 1 week prior to hearing which turned out to be last week. They didn’t and when I called to see what happened. I spoke to Ariana who made the mistake, then gave me attitude instead of owning up to it and try to give a solution. I was told ZERO Attorneys work in that office and that the MANAGER can’t call me back because “they are too busy with other clients” don’t hire them. I’m stuck with a warrant and having to pay for the ticket after paying them to resolve it. I’ll be filing a grievance with the Texas bar cause after seeing the other comments, it’s what’s needed since they don’t want to provide a solution.
Not sure why I wasted my money on these ppl. How the hell are u going to get the ticket u get pulled over for instead of the ones that we r actually trying to fight for??? I swear.. anyone reading this review.. save your money don’t hire these ppl. They don’t know how to do their job correctly. Never again.
