We recruited this supposedly professional firm in May 2022 to help with a FIRPTA refund matter. A tax attorney was promptly assigned to our case and a large retainer was paid. It took us over 18 months of back and forth and rude and unprofessional service to finally give up and take our case to another attorney. We only realized we were taken for a ride when we visited IRS and were told that the forms that were filed were the wrong ones and were also filed improperly. The firm and and attorney would not admit their error and rude responses were received from them. We were later told by the principal attorney, Pat Cantrell, that the attorney who handled our matter was fired or no longer worked for them. When we asked for an explanation on what happened to our matter we were met with another rude response by the principal who also denied any responsibility.

SCAMM!!!!!!
