If I could give a million stars I would, Jim & his team are the real deal and this isn’t one of those phony reviews you see on a lot of lawyers google reviews, I had a 1st time dwi as a minor, I was at a .08 bac going the wrong way on a one way in the city, I got offered PTI and i didn’t want to take it because i truly didn’t believe i was under “influence” or drunk at all period. I expressed that to Jim and we set for trial. Jim even met me at the scene of where I got pulled over and we drove around for about 20 minutes together so he could see exactly where I was and how it all went down. Jim worked and got all the trial prep ready and went to the court ready to pick a jury and the state dismissed it on lack of evidence. We didn’t even have to go to trial and Jim called their bluff. I have recommended him to any and everyone who’s ever asked about an attorney, truly great service, & a great lawyer & team 🙂

Around April of 2024 I unfortunately had a night out that turned out to me to be a night mare to come. I had gotten my 2nd DWI case and did not know what will happen next or which route to go. I asked a family member who they would recommend to get me thru this process and Jim butler was brought to my attention. Right when i called jim over the phone he set up an in person meeting same day and went straight to work on my case! Months after going to court, Jim recommended we take my 2nd DWI case to trial and from there i left it all in Jim’s hands not knowing what the outcome would be! Jim brought out all his books, all his studying papers and looked into all errors that i would never think of that happened during my booking process. Before my trail could even begin; my case got dismissed all because of Jim’s great work! Would recommend Jim one million percent every time!
