Worst lawyer, dishonest and unprofessional.
This attorney is extremely dishonest. She promises you the world but has no spine to stand up for you when opposing party changes counsel and the opposing counsel is stronger. She is not on your side and will even plot against you for her benefit. Avoid Jessica Burkett at all cost for the sake of your family and your children. If she is scared of opposing counsel, she will stop at nothing to sacrifice you and what’s in your family’s best interest. She put my daughter in danger. On top of that, she was a total nightmare to deal with and made problems so much worse for me and my daughter. Her e-mail to me was extremely hurtful and proved she had no intention of listening to her clients or trying to understand them. This was of course AFTER she takes your hard-earned money. I have no clue why she even wants to practice law if she’s not willing to grow a spine and a backbone for their own clients.
