Terrible communication and customer service. We’ve been waiting for almost 3 years! They got our settlement months ago, but haven’t given us any updates on when we’ll receive it.
I’m still waiting to hear back. They don’t keep you updated unless it is a payday for them. I have countless messages of no response. My demand was submitted in November and i still have heard back from them. Only thing that was said was Savanah left and they gave me names of the new case manager. Wouldn’t recommend them. Will come back and update when my lawsuit is finished. 0/10 would not recommend.
