Lindley & Wiley, P.C. in Harker Heights, Texas, has received a mix of feedback from clients. While some reviewers expressed frustration over communication issues and unprofessionalism, others praised the attorneys for their expertise and helpfulness in navigating legal matters. Overall, despite some negative experiences, there are positive sentiments highlighting the firm’s knowledge and dedication to assisting clients when needed.
Unprofessionalism. No one contacted me prior to the appointment to confirm the time and date. They didn’t provide the correct address. Once I got there the lady said my appointment was the day before but I have a recording stating it was rescheduled for the 22 because someone had to make a court appearance. I guess that’s why it wasn’t confirmed because they placed the wrong date on their end. Now I have to wait 30 days for another appointment. Completely ridiculous
I had a consult in January with Mrs. Wiley and her Office Manager Mary. The consult seemed to go well and I asked if I could have a couple weeks to speak with my family and get back with them. Once I tried to get back in touch I would leave voicemails and not get returned calls, when someone did answer the phone they stated that the attorney Mrs. Wiley is out of the office for a week or week and a half. I finally had to go up to the office since it had been roughly a month and half without hearing anything. When I got to the office it was the same story oh Mrs. Wiley is out of the office for a week and half well have to get back to you in a couple weeks that never happened so I called several times before getting someone on the phone and they didn’t even know what was going on the paralegal was out of the office and Mrs. Wiley was in a meeting. The next day I finally got a call only to be told that Mrs. Wiley was not comfortable taking on my case. This was known weeks ago I don’t understand why they wasted my time by giving me the run around instead of just letting me know they didn’t want to take the case. This whole experience was unprofessional.
It was good
