From beginning to end. Brenda receptionist extremely courteous patient and helpful with everything i.e. directions and scheduling. Richard’s honesty explanation about Invent Help..the processess part 1 2 and 3. He really broke it down how I will move along in my process of my invention and answered all my questions. He also left door open” for me to call if had more questions.Within a week i received status of what part my invention was at. Excellent customer service. I felt like my invention was in the right hands. I felt very good vibes from both Brenda initially then Richard the Lion!
