Horrible attorney! We steals your money and does not do his job .he depends payments and will ignore you for an update at this point it has been over 3 years and I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THIS TAKING CARE OF ! Or a refund . I will be going up to his office and also doing a small claims on him . Seeing that I have tried to call, email , send certificate letters , and nothing seems to reach him .
I engaged Robert as my attorney in a complex case because the people in the local legal community spoke so highly of him, and I was not disappointed.
This man in one of the most unprofessional “Attorneys” I have ever come in contact with. If you want your attorney to be there on time and to try and help out, or treat you with respect. Or have decent responses. DO NOT GO to this perosn. Robert F. Maier. He had us sitting here over 4 hours last court date. Now we’ve been waiting in the court house since 8:30am. Court was at 9am it is currently 10:40am. He will not answer phone calls and when I finally reached him through email his respons was “I’ll get there when I finish what I am doing in another matter which would probably take less time if I were not answering all of your emails.” That was copied and pasted from the email I was sent from him. When all I asked for was a ETA. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this worthless ass “attorney.” The entire court house is almost empty because everyone else’s attorney’s knows how to do their jobs and be here on time to help with their client’s cases. But not Mr. Maier. He will take his and make you sit around and wait for hours as well as be completely rude to you.
