My daughter had another drive run a red light and hit her at approx. 55mph. She was 16. I came to Rick Ward law firm and spoke to Mr Henley, who seemed great at first. After a year of seeing doctors, chiropractor, etc… she was finally released from care, to which Mr Henley said now that we had all of that done, he would be sending a letter of demand to insurance and it would b a couple weeks, but he would be wrapping this up and getting us paid…. After a couple more months, I reached out to inquire about what the status was …. To which he then told me they were gonna have to go to court, they would be putting money in a trust for my daughter until she turned 18, so there was no rush basically …. When I told him that wasn’t what he had been telling us the whole time, he tried to tell me ” well it’s not your money!” Wow. Since this conversation, he has made zero contact w me. However, he has left voicemails on my minor daughters cell, saying he needs to speak w her before speaking to her mom… That he had a couple questions. I have left him vm, stating that’s completely inappropriate and he needs to call me, to which I’ve gotten no response…. At this point, I feel like we made a huge mistake coming here
