Jade is a very nice person and exhibits professionalism. Unfortunately the size of her firm significantly hindered the level of customer service one would expect when paying above average premiums on top of a hefty retainer fee. Due to those circumstances and another case taking sole priority, repeated errors were made and there was virtually no movement to my case. Until the firm increase in staff to more than one person, I cannot recommend her firm as the overall experience during the most difficult time of my life left me feeling like there was no urgency and that my case was an afterthought.
Jade men’s is very helpful looking for the best outcome for her clients. Easy to communicate with. She answers directly every time. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.
