Brook Miscosti did not even listen to my situation or even act interested in my case. Money was not the issue, but you can also tell a lot about a company when there’s NO reviews. He blew off my case without understanding what was needed, AND a grown man wanted to play email tag back and forth with unnecessary messages. The whole tone of the email he originally sent would make you thankful that you didn’t choose him OR the firm! If you care any about winning a case, then this is not the firm for you. Take your money else where and find someone that is willing to represent their client.
