I’m a current client of Defense Tax. Have paid more than half of the 10K+ they quoted me to help me with my Sales Tax and Federal taxes. My main priority was sales tax. I was VERY specific about this. However, they didn’t start with that and now I’m in a more financial crisis because the Comptroller is asking for 20,000… to get me on a payment plan. Everything they’re doing I could’ve done it myself. They made it seem like they had ways to get me into a payment plan with the state without the down payment. That’s why I hired Defense tax in the first place. After 6 months I’ve only spoke to 1 person other than the sales rep who got me on board. I am not sure about federal taxes but as in state sales taxes I advise you to go elsewhere. Nothing has been accomplished. I literally added more debt to myself and severely disappointed and dissatisfied.
