One of the worst law firms I’ve ever experienced. I would highly recommend clients to run away from this firm. Besides the bad communication. The lack of consideration. It gets worse. I hired this law firm off a whim back in October 2023. Couldn’t never get a straight answer so a couple weeks ago I decided to just settle the case. The offer we got was $16,500. 6 weeks later I still haven’t received my settlement so I called the lawyer for the 100 time seem like and ask how much out of the 16.5 I would get. I knew they would take at least 44% ( more than the 33% they claimed when I hired them) but now it’s 44% because they claimed they had to file suit lol yeah ok. So me expecting after their 44% and. Medical bills maybe I would receive anywhere between 4-5k. Today the lawyer told me today I would receive roughly $2,000. Out of 16,500 ME THE CLIENT WILL ONLY RECEIVE $2’000. This law firm should be disbarred and put out of business. So I took it upon myself to call the State Bar and I will be filing grievances. Please people my review is 100% true. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this unethical, lien law firm!!!
This is the lawfirm that took my case,For the most part they are doing a decent job on my case.The only thing is they dont return your calls and Ive been moved from one lawyer to next 4 times in last 3 years so far.When I went into do my deposition the Judge asked if the lawyer had even talked to me even once before that day and when asked questions she didnt speak up so I could hear her when on the stand.So I failed to give the the right responses.I even told her I couldnt hear her questions, which frustrated me.I pray the next time I go to court it doesnt happen again
