This has been many years ago, but none the less. We had moved away from Home 6hrs away. The non-custodial parent filed hoping to make us return to the local county. Ori read it as a custody battle. It was admitted from the non-custodial that they did not want custody, just that we live closer. A geographical dispute. When brought to Ori, we had previously agreed on a sum for a custody battle, we brought this to his attention that it was in fact NOT a custody battle. He simply said he doesn’t renegotiate and I had to pay the fee for a custody dispute or lose my previous deposit and hire another attorney. Then he proceeded to absolutely do nothing but ask us to concede to avoid court. We declined and won In court simply because we were going to anyways. There was no geographical restriction. He is the DA now but if ever he returns to being an attorney, I would not hire.
I strongly recommend Me. White he was very upfront , honest, professional and down to earth. If he says something listen and do as he says. I liked him because he’s stern and honest
