I was in a bit of a situation when my bank account went over 15k negative due to a legal hold. Now i had an outside debt settlement company that told me to not pay anyone just them and they would settle my debts. Well i was not aware that 2 years ago a judgement had been signed and this year the legal hold happened since my settlement company did not resolve my accounts like they promised. Luckily i was able go get in contact with Mindie and she was a great help and helped me resolve my issue accordingly and my bank was able to lift the legal hold. I know with any questions i might have i can always give her a call in the future for she was a great help and her patience helped me remain calm in order to find the best possible solution.
