You’ll just have to trust me on this: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This firm represented me for about 18 consecutive months. List of issues I personally experienced, that could become your own: dealing with gaslighting and strong-arming when openly addressing multiple inefficiencies, withholding of information, severe lack of attention to detail, last minute hearing preparation (as in literally 30 minutes prior to going before the judge), unacknowledged, multiple, serious errors (well-documented, I will add), consistently, highly questionable billing practices, suggestions for things you do not need (along with an exorbitant cost estimate for $5,000 more dollars, to match), or conversely, no suggestions at all when you ask for one. Mistruths, some misleading communication, basically things you’d never want in an attorney you’re supposed to trust. Their answering service only exists now, because of my complaints. Your case could severely suffer, at a time you most need to feel supported and in good hands. There are surely better offices out there. I encourage you to find one.
