TJ Pax and Toya were so wonderful to work with. They really helped me with an extremely sensitive and difficult situation. They really took the time to explain things to me and eased my mind when I was stressed. Thank you TJ for all your support and help. I would definitely recommend this law firm. (I will say they are a little pricier than other firms but worth every penny)
Beware this place firm will take your money. Hired them specifically Malorie when I did the consultation I was told it’s a fairly easy divorce. Straight forward she told me in cases like mine it would usually take 10-15k. So I hired the firm within 1 month retainer was gone. Within 2.5 months I was in already 15k. Only progress to that point was filing a response after being served. We didn’t even get to scheduling mediation. You will pay 2x for every talk she has with anyone. 1 charge to meet with her legal assistant to pass notes then 1 charge for the legal assistant to receive the note. With it being a bigger firm they have to log certain amount of hours to your case even if there is no updates. If you refuse to continue to fund the waiting they will drop you as a client. Money hungry firm!! They dropped me when I refused to reload my retainer making my total to 17k. I wasted 15k for Malorie Crosley to file a response. The rest went to meeting with legal assistant and weekly case review. Choose wisely don’t believe anything being told in the consultation. They are salesmen and sharks.
Complete thieves…paid $1600 for an uncontested divorce…all they would do is send email with links that expire in one hour…was told I could call and never got past the smartass that answered…never talked to a lawyer after I gave them money…..total garbage
