As a person who thrives on communication, I really appreciated how streamlined and professional all interactions were. My questions were answered in a timely manner, documents that required review or signature were sent the same business day, and different mediums of communications offered consistent messages. I have used passed counsel, and I have never recieved closing letters or contracts for service agreements. In addition, the dashboard was an added benefit that allowed me to upload documents or send a quick email. This relieved stress for me during a process that was extremely sensitive, yet important.
