About 3years ago I hired Ciment law firm to do a debt settlement. With Covid and loss of job and then me getting sick I was unable to continue on a plan and the digestion was to go into chapter 7 I had to wait till my income was in order. I went to reopen my case and after paying them about 4000 they wanted to charge me another 900 to reopen. That is not the problem everytime I try to call I get transferred to a completely different department they have taken my number down and no one has returned a call. I feel I have been taken advantage of all I want to do is speak to an attorney about the exact fees and not get a runaround..

Attorney James Foley with Ciment Law Firm has been wonderful. I’ve been utilizing their services since 2022. They have represented me in several lawsuits brought on from some old debt and have gotten them dropped. They even got some of the old debt taken off my credit bureaus therefore allowing my credit score to improve. James has been very helpful and has answered all questions; he also has made himself available and spoken with on weekends. Not sure if that’s the norm for law firms that are representing someone or not but, he’s gone out of his way to pick and answer any questions I may have. If I left a message or sent an email, they are quick to respond back in a timely manner.
