Her assistant Cleo stated he could help with my friends case and the fee would be $500 I paid $250 and he stated he faxed letters to the parole board. After I spoke to 2 different attorneys and sent them emails about my findings, they stopped communicating with me. I emailed both Brenda and Cleo and no one has responded back to me. I should have known something was strange when I met Cleo at an unprofessional location to pay him the first $250… I find it distasteful for them to take advantage of people. But if this is how they make money, it just does nothing but place a bad name on African American lawyers in the USA
