I never leave reviews or complain but I will first start off with Thank you Mrs. Pratt because at the end of the day my mother did receive her residency. But with that being said the problem I had the most was with her assistant Lisa. She was always so rude. I understand some clients can be a pain but my mother, her client, is a very nice lady that does not stand up for herself and Lisa would speak to her as if she was a nuisance. The only time she was nice was if you gave her the same energy she would give you, which was unpleasant. I can give so many examples but I will end it by saying that I have friends ask me for lawyer recommendations for immigration help and I don’t even bother to recommend Mrs. Pratts Law office simply because I do not want them dealing with Lisa.
La abogada Ann y sus asistentes son una gran bendicion, a nosotros nos ayudo mucho en el proceso para obtener el permiso de mi esposa. Por la pandemia el proceso se detuvo, pero siempre ella estuvo al pendiente, una vez paso la pandemia el proceso fue rapido y gracias a Dios ya son 2 años que obtuvimos el permiso.
