Communication was horrible. I never knew what was going on, and it seemed like they didn’t know either. They also failed to reaffirm my mortgage debt, like I asked about literally EVERY TIME I spoke to someone on the phone. My mortgage was not supposed to be affected at all, I was assured several times through many conversations that my mortgage would not be affected at all, but they did not properly reaffirm my mortgage, (they checked the wrong box on a form), so the mortgage company is no longer reporting any of my account info to the credit bureaus. And even though it was Allmand Law’s mistake for filling out the paperwork wrong, when they sent it to me, I signed it, because I assumed that my lawyer knew more about what he was doing than I did. And because I signed it, they say that there is absolutely nothing that they will do to fix it. They won’t even try…
