I was just trying to get some answers and the guy was so RUDE!! That was the first impression on the phone.
I got Letter from taxation solutions I had problem with back tax so I call them , very friendly, Took my information started the process took about a week and got all started, at that time my representative was going to be Rhymus took months and nothing got done , had to call them email them to get an update, then he moves or leaves from there so I get Steve the new Representante and nothing all they wanted me to agree was to a serallment and pay the hall amount that I owe the IRS I could have done that myself , all they did took my money and nothing happened will not recommend this firm at all, got another company to represent me and they were able to fix and help with all the mess they left me in thanks to them I no longer own nothin to the IRS.
First, I want to thank David and Channa at Taxation Solutions for the superior customer service! I had several years of taxes the needed to be filed. We put together a plan and got to work. I was working with a Nationally known so called Tax Resolution Company. I got ripped off of several thousands of dollars. Also, other accountants and tax preparers who swore they were experts in the Trucking Industry ripped me off as well.
