I recently hired Donnie andreski for a early termination of my Brazos County Probation. Originally reached out to Donnie about two and a half years ago to get options for early termination. At that time he had made me aware of a clause in my probation, I was not allowed to seek early termination until 5 years(50%) of my sentence. He gave me some good advice and he had told me that if I kept my nose clean and walked straight and narrow, come five years I would probably have a pretty good shot of terminating probation. He gave me this advice free of charge might I add. So I saved his number away and I continued about my life doing everything I could To build a new life and to live a healthy life in recovery. So the time came 5 years rolled around I reached out to Donny, to my surprise he vaguely remembered me. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I held on to his number. His price was very fair for what I got and to be honest I would have paid 15 times what he charged me for the results that I received. I went for the motion Hearing in front of Judge Hawthorne from what I’m told he is one of the toughest judges in Brazos County if not the entire state. I’ve also heard his very fair but tough. I went into court and tried to keep my expectations low I thought I was just going in to terminate my probation. I would hopefully get off paper and live my life as a successful convicted felon for the rest of my days. But Donnie did more than just represent me in court he gave me my future back. I got to court hoping to just be off probation I had no idea that he had filed a motion for clemency as well on my behalf. I walked into that courtroom, Donnie made his argument on my behalf. I sincerely told judge Hawthorne my story and where I’m at today and how grateful I am to be here. Not only did I walk out of that courtroom a free man but I walked out of there with a clean record! Me and my family could not be more grateful for Mr Andreski and the job he did for us!
