I contacted this office in regards to creating a warranty deed since I am inheriting local property owned by my recently passed German grandfather. I already had a German lawyer who speaks English and we simply needed assistance for this side of the legalities. We even had an email from a Brazos court representative with instructions on what we needed to move forward which we provided. However, Andrew declined to represent me with no explanation, and without so much as a consultation. I am only leaving 3 stars because the young lady who answered my phone call and the legal assistant Katie were very polite.
