My disability case is just dragging on and on and on. There has been ZERO communication between us and the attorney. The para-legals didn’t return my call or help when I called back. After 6 months we are still “in the filing stage”!? I have an attorney but right now I feel like I am in this by myself or until back-pay maxes out at around $7000 as it does here in Texas (meaning there would be no more $ to make from my case). I will update this if things change and progress is made so if I haven’t then it hasn’t. Honestly I think my rating is conservative considering I never hear anything from the law firm and haven’t even spoken to my attorney.
