My dad got a case for DWI, read so many great reviews on this office. They were quick to set him up and have him pay , he paid in installments , and finally finished paying them 5-6 months later and he’s fully paid. This was 2 years ago, and my dad still hasn’t heard anything from them. I guess since he’s brown and Spanish speaking his case has been thrown to the side considering that he’s had to deal with different “lawyers” each time he’s had a zoom meeting. He calls to speak with someone in Spanish because apparently I can’t be his translator over the phone even if he’s sitting right next to me (how convenient of them and I’m a woman btw) with promises to have someone call him back and they never call him back. Please quit taking advantage of him not being fluent in English when he’s already paid in full. My father’s life and future relies on you and you all keep giving him the runaround. Not very honest of you or your team. I hope you are all God fearing.
