I have a current case with them. I’m only giving 2 stars because the people are nice. On the other hand, the service is absolutely disappointing. Daily updates are not expected but my goodness you can go a month easily without hearing from them and even then it’ll be because you had to get in touch with them for an update.
Mr O’Connor is a very nice guy
Yikes – I’ve used them a few years and decided to include my rental with them this past year. They appealed my permanent residence and the job was so poor that not only were they unsuccessful in lowering my taxes (on an appraisal of 246k) to match the rest of the 13 units in my condo community (average of 218k) that are all equivalent in size and look, my homestead somehow got removed after their appeal and my price jumped from the previously appraised 245k to 254k.. They said that because my unit is valued below $350k they cannot fight my case further via binding arbitration or judicial appeal. So Im now going to go fight the case myself. I think they’ve grown too large and the quality of representation is extremely low.
