Not so good he never answers the phone
Lisa Grover was the ex-wife of my client. She moved from the valley and took my client’s son with her. She was reported to CPS in Abilene, Texas and then fled to Oklahoma. In Oklahoma she was arrested for two counts of child endangerment. She was sent to prison. She lied in an affidavit saying my client was in Mexico when she in fact knew that my client lived in Harlingen, Texas. As a result of this affidavit, her sister was given guardianship of my client’s son. It took a while for my client to locate his son. When he did he fought to remove him from Lisa’s sister. So Lisa is upset because the court found out she lied in her affidavit and my client was given custody of his son.
Mr. Masso acted like a nice person but lied a few times. I understand that is how lawyers are but NOT telling someone when court is, IS Illegal. Especially when he lied and said I knew when it was. He never told me the court, never got back with me to let me know what was going on, and took a minor from a safe home to stay with someone that has been arrested for child endangerment.
