I filed for a divorce in 2018 using this firm. Originally, my ex was not going to fight me, so the divorce was supposed to be a smooth process. But they sat on my case for a year which gave my ex-husband ample time to argue the divorce which resulted in a requirement for mediation. Now, 3 yrs later, in 2021, my ex hasn’t been paying child support and due to the vague terminology used in the divorce decree it is unenforceable in court. This firm took $5k and gave me an unenforceable, vague decree which left me struggling for the last 2 years to get the child support I desperately needed from my ex. I’ve had 2 attorney’s and a judge look at the decree from this firm and could do nothing but shake their heads in disbelief.
