She scheduled an appointment for me to meet with Mr Hargraves and from that moment on I felt like I was in good hands.
Awesome Attorney!
After the consultation I was assigned an associate attorney who then left the practice, which I was never informed of. I then only went through the paralegal about me case until right before a custody hearing. The day prior was the only other time after the consult I spoke with him. I spent the entire time rehashing everything we went over in the initial consult. We showed up for the hearing and he tried to negotiate a deal without taking my needs into consideration and saying I should take a deal that didn’t work for me. He didn’t prepare me AT ALL for the hearing. My wife and her lawyer had questions and answers rehearsed, while we never discussed anything he would go over. The hearing went very poorly, and afterwards he called me a “terrible” client and withdrew from my case. After taking several thousands of dollars from me, and literally spending a couple hours in total on my case he QUIT on me. Now I’m in a worse position and out of a ton of cash. DO NOT waste your money and time. Do a better job of researching before hiring. I was in a panic and jumped at the first call back I got, and it was a huge mistake.
