They never answered the phone. Then when I called one morning at 8:04 am and asked to speak with Donald Duesler and his secretary told me he was in a meeting. I started to leave my name and number and I was calling about my son. She asked me to hold on and then all of of sudden he comes on the phone rude and dry and kept saying he did his job. I just hung up. I felt like he is a racist, rude prick. Don’t ever use this joker.
Were always fairly easy to get ahold of, and answer any questions I had. Let me know exactly what I had to look forward to and should expect. Not disappointed at all.
