Wm. A Orr, Jr. was the most caring attorney I’ve ever known. There were so many times while I was working there that if someone couldn’t pay he would tell me to retire their file. He really did care about his clients, but where everyone gets it mixed up is his secretary was the one that would lie to you, not answer you, or tell you what you wanted to hear. She could have been an asset to his law firm because she knew alot of legal stuff, but she did not care about many of his clients. They were always bothering her. And I guess she had other things on her mind, like how to screw over a beneficiary of a will. She succeeded too. But I want to get it straight that Mr. Orr was a very caring man and loved what he did. It was just unfortunate that he had the legal secretary he did because she’s the reason his ratings were so low. Someone tell me I’m wrong, please.
Having used Mr.Orr as my Lawyer several times,as did my Husband’s Family, as did my Mother, off and on for decades ; I cannot remember one single incident of his Law Firm not being extremely professional and thorough. Him and his Staff went above and beyond in helping solve important Legal Needs.
They lost my son’s original paper divorce paper work out of Calf. I asked her what where they going to do to replace them cause my son needed them cause we aren’t going to use Mr.Orr. All she would say is I looked all over for them but can’t find them. The Secretary would say she will call you back but never did. For a month she gave us the run around. She even said she found the paper’s. I go to pick them up they weren’t even my son’s papers!! They would not even answer the phone when we would call but yet I drove up and they where there. The secretary went as far as to go hide in another office. I asked to speak to Karen and the lady that was there tells me that she wasn’t in. I looked at her and told yes she is because when I drove up I saw you both through the glass door talking and when she saw him she ran into that office. So she just stood there and lied to me… I asked to speak to Mr. Orr she went to close the door to Mr. Orr’s office and wouldn’t let me speak to him… I can go on and on about them !!!!
