About two years ago, we sought assistance in our case. The first few months there was communication. We paid, provided the info and interviews. After six months, after that, i asked for an update. Was told I would be contacted soon. Its been 2 years already, all I have is silence. I understand that there are delays in this process, a heavy work load, but i have not had my questions answered or given an immigration case number from Ice or anything. 2 years! Did they just take our money and ghost us? Because that is what I, from my perspective, have experienced. I don’t leave this review lightly, but with a heavy heart.

Working with Hana was the best decision I’ve ever made. My case wasn’t easy, required a lot of patience but she made it feel really smooth. Everyone at the firm are very nice, they respond quick and answer any questions that you have regarding with your case.
