BEWARE- DO NOT use Wade Byrd!! This guy is terrible. I gave him the large retainer, and he WILL NOT call you back. Wade is more interested in hunting/fishing than your case. I was in the middle of mediation with Wade paying $800/hr to everyone and he was literally planning a pheasant hunting trip with his friends. 1 day before the final court case he was out of town on a fishing trip with his friends and couldn’t meet with me to plan the case!
Chris Wright is the lawyer we visited. He is kind, very knowledgeable and patient. His staff is very welcoming as well.
You give them a retainer. They never return your calls and when they do there’s one excuse after another.
