I honestly never leave reviews but Bridget, Cindy and Kent helped me so much during a hard time. I had called multiple attorneys and no one took my case since it was a bit different. Bridget did and Im happy with the outcome
I’m not one to complain publicly but when it comes to handling serious matters such as custody or family law. I was promised numerous things I paid UPFRONT IN FULL. I was ONLY able to have two separate meetings with Bridget. I was only able to speak to a long term associate and never had updates on my case. Lots of vacation or other cases to handle. Filed divorce took over a year and come to find out they can not contact me over one modification so I can move forward. I spoke one on one expressing I need to have communication and even inquired about the prior reviews on contact. I have experienced poor service and what I would interpret as a threat to pay additional time for the secretary’s rate each time I called. I recommend looking elsewhere. Still waiting on a response since this is not a convenient time during vacation.
