He absolutely didn’t care. Didn’t obtain any of my medical records. Not a one. Didn’t do any work for a winnable case. Poor communication when there was any. Of course the disability claim was denied. I asked for an appeal. He refused to mail or fax a single sheet of paper on my behalf. He then dropped me as a client a single day before the appeal time expired.
Save your money! This firm will only accept disability cases that have enough medical evidence, which is one of the most direct ways to qualify for ssdi. This firm does not care about clients, it only cares to make money off of other people’s hardships. They also do a poor job of returning phone calls and practicing active listening skills.
