Jeff Eggleston is an estate lawyer. While neither my wife nor I are near death, we thought it prudent to update our will. Mr. Eggleston, Esq., showed us a number of ways in which we could transfer property and accounts on our death with minimum work for our heirs, had a number of forms to be signed, was very organized and explained everything in a very understandable manner, and as a great plus, we enjoyed our visit.

Mr Eggleston is the probate attorney for the court. At least he was when that duty was assigned to him after my brothers death. He seems very nice. He needed some help gathering information on my brothers heirs and assets. He was very appreciative of information I was able to provide. Although he only represents the courts he was good enough to give me some pointers on moving ahead with the process of probate because I was only trying to help my nephew who was designated as the sole heir per the will. I would use him again if I needed some representation of my own or had other issues. Update, I had Mr Eggleston draw up a will for my mom. It was not cheap, about $800 however it was a very concise will and every thing was covered completely and was explained to both my mom and I. He also gave me tips and advice about other aspects of getting her affairs in order. I recommend him or his wife, also an attorney.
