I hired this lawyer and sent over all my evidence before mediation. Sallie must not have reviewed any of it because she didn’t use it, was late to mediation, and when there was a miscommunication that happened, she started screaming at me and degrading me. She called me a liar and said she didn’t believe anything I was saying and that I better “sign whatever the other party presented or I would be spending 6 months in jail.” She acted like the lawyer for the other party and I lost time with my kid because she was caught off guard and embarrassed. Should’ve reviewed the case/paperwork better and been on time to mediation because when she agreed to take the case, nothing she brought up in mediation was an issue at the beginning or the 5 months prior to mediation… Had to file multiple complaints with the bar association and Texas Legal as she is the most unprofessional lawyer I have ever interacted with.
