I received no proper updates or notifications, and as a result, you will get sued something that could have been avoided with even minimal effort on their part. Their involvement caused more harm than help and ended up costing me significantly more in the long run. Do not trust them with your finances or your peace of mind.
Great communication so I know what is happening with my account
It seems to be taking longer to see results than I expected. Company not in contact on a regular basis with updates. I should be notified at least once a month. The only contact I get, is this, wanting a review.
