So I hired him for my divorce by publication. I was quoted one price then upon consultation him and Reyna decided to throw more in the publication which jacked the price up about $400 more. I was so desperate to finally get my divorce going AGAIN that I didn’t even mind that much. Nothing was asked of me if I approved of the extra add ins, ok whatever. Then when I left the office I was told she (Reyna) would draw the papers up, email to me for proofreading and to sign and send back. That was November 21st. I still haven’t received the papers. I’ve called multiple times and I get the same response “I’m a one person office and I’m the only one doing the paralegal duties and I’ll get to it when I can”. I call back about 3 weeks ago and she tells me that she’ll TRY to have them ready Thursday but can’t promise , bc if Richard puts more on her desk that’s gotta be done right then it’ll be put off once more. Recently I’ve called and left voicemails to no avail. Is this a joke? He has such good reviews and I know people who’ve used him but this is crazy. I don’t see how a law office can be run like this and be successful. What the….,?!?!
