When Aaron Woodard worked for Bart Durham, he totally screwed me over and took a payout from opposing attorney and I lost my case. He was friends with opposing attorney and didn’t inform me with this information until the day of my trial. I should have gotten a different attorney at that point and I did not. The case had been going on for so long that I just keep that information to myself. In hindsight, I should have given that info to the judge and asked for time to find new attorney. Shame on you, Aaron Woodard, for the treatment and defense I received from you. I guess I helped pay for you to branch out on your own and open your new firm!!! Congratulations for screwing me over!!!
Great customer Service, professional, and friendly. Strongly recommend
Our lives have been destroyed. I was victim to life changing accident. I was in surgery and recovery for just over a year. I can never return to the type of work I did. I have to accept 1/3 of my pay for the rest of my life. I kept receipts and itemized losses. Didn’t matter, all wasted time. We discussed numbers while I was in recovery. He NEVER said there was a cap to what we could get. At the end, we got about 1/10 what discussed. We are no longer home owners. We are renting in a trailer park. Our lives have been destroyed and he only fought for liability. Convinced us to settle because thats the best we could get, even though we previously discussed other outcomes. We needed an aggressive attorney and we got someone too timid to fight. At the end, he never even called me. I was notified by text. He’s not even professional enough to call and end your case. Oh well, at least he got his check while I continue to spiral into depression and physical pain. I find no joy in life anymore.
