Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Been trying to get access to my account for months. They’ve disabled the ticker for the stock plan I had. So I got left with emails only, which I don’t get for some reason, so their systems are broken and they just ignore any my concerns. They’ve basically have stolen by stocks.
Would rather be beaten with a bag of doorknobs for two days and have salt and lemons crushed on my open wounds than work for them ever again.
The most unprofessional financial management company imaginable. I’m in the 8th week of settling my mother’s estate and still no end in sight. They are ridiculous!
