This place never answers the phone or returns calls I’ve had an account with them for probably 15 years or so and during this time I have asked for my balance payoff a couple different times and each time it’s harder than the last to get it this time I couldn’t get anyone to pick up the phone so long that I ended up driving down to their office which is conveniently close to the public however I will say that after the absolute attitude I was given by the receptionist who wasn’t even there she was up on the second floor I wandered around the downstairs for a while before finally finding an elevator and finding some people hiding out on the second floor then I was I was I was told no you can’t be here you can’t be here you can’t be here go back downstairs somebody will be down with you short said okay that lady came down and she already had an attitude before she ever got through that door all I wanted was return call and I had not received a call and email or text anything in a whole year that I wasn’t paying I will say though that after she saw how much I had paid on my loan and that I was seriously going to pay it off she did definitely change your attitude a little bit and you know apologize and was able to get me the information I needed so for that I give her two stars
