Due to the COVID19 pandemic my case moved slowly, however, Atty. Hassler kept me totally updated and successfully rested my case when the time came upon us.
If I could give this Man negative – 5 Stars I would. He did absolutely nothing of what I asked him to do, and everything I asked him not to do. His communication skills suck. He lied to me, ignored my phone calls and didn’t even open letters I sent to him certified two months prior to my court appearance He failed to make the prosecution turn over my motion of discovery or any evidence pertaining to my case. He also failed to do his own research on my case and just went along with what the prosecution told him. I had to report him to the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility at which time he became very irate. They way he handle my case was very unprofessional and I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.
My mom was nervous about my case and gave Mr . Hassler a hard time even from my point of view @ first and he handled the case to his best ability I was fighting a case that carried 8-12 years while on probation already Mr. Hassler helped get my probation charges before my court date expunged an got me the best case scenario i got my 2 felony charges dropped to misdemeanor’s and also my other 2 misdemeanor charges thrown out i only got 18 months probation at the end i greatly appreciate this man
