After we had concluded, I received my billing and found there were several errors. One of which was a ‘no charge’ clearly labeled, that I had in fact been charged on. I went back and forth with George on this for a couple of weeks before he reimbursed me the money. Additional errors I was charged for pertained to administrative problems, such as him being unable to locate records on his computer, a winter storm, and typo revisions in his drafts. In one instance, I was charged 30 minutes for his 1 word ‘OK’ reply to my 2 sentence email. George himself admitted to having some billing software issues, yet did not want to resolve the matter with me.
Mr Fusner was extremely professional and very helpful in my unfortunate event.
